Chapter 20.96 going on Chapter 21Why do we choose to place ourselves in positions that compromise ourselves and our beliefs? While it's true that we don't live our lives for ourselves, but for the people around us, it's also true that we can't live for these people without first providing for our own needs and wants. But the human desire knows no limits and has no kinsman besides itself. So how do you know when enough is enough and it's time to say No to yourself? To the insatiable desire for more? It constantly hangs over me like the sword of Damocles, threatening to remind me that I am human, and hence, fallible.
